When you buy a digital product from BharatTechie, you are buying a licence to use the product, not ownership of it. BharatTechie keeps all copyright and intellectual property rights. The licence type is shown on each product page. If no licence is mentioned, the Personal Licence applies.
Personal Licence
You can: use the product for your own personal, non-commercial projects; edit and customise it for your own use; and use it on one website or project (for themes, plugins and code).
You cannot: use it for client work or commercial projects, or resell, share, give away or upload the files anywhere.
Commercial Licence
You can: use the product in commercial projects for your business or clients; use it in end products you sell (such as a website, social media post or printed material) as long as the original files are not distributed; and use themes, plugins and code on the number of websites stated on the product page.
You cannot: resell or redistribute the original or modified source files as a standalone product, or include them in templates, kits or marketplaces for others to download.
Extended / Resell Licence
Some products include Private Label Rights (PLR) or Resell Rights. In that case, the exact permissions are listed on the product page and in the licence file included with the download.
Product-Specific Terms
- E-books and courses: for personal learning only. Sharing, uploading or reselling copies or recordings is prohibited.
- WordPress themes and plugins: licence keys activate updates and support for the stated number of sites. Third-party components such as fonts and libraries follow their own licences, mentioned in the documentation.
- Logos and design assets: pre-made logos may be sold to multiple buyers unless marked “Exclusive”. Exclusive designs are sold only once.
- AI products (prompt packs, workflows, AI art, datasets): you may use the outputs you create with them. Redistributing or reselling the pack itself is prohibited. Third-party AI tools are subject to their own terms.
- Custom services (writing, custom design): after full payment, you receive full usage rights to the final delivered work. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Updates and Support
Where included, updates and support are provided for the period stated on the product page.
Licence Violation
Piracy, sharing or reselling without permission results in immediate termination of the licence without refund, and may lead to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
