Orders and Payments
How do I buy a product?
Open the product page, click Buy now or Add to cart, enter your details and pay securely through Razorpay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, all processed securely by Razorpay.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. An order confirmation and invoice are emailed to you after payment, and you can also find them in My Account.
Delivery and Downloads
How will I receive my product?
Instantly. A download link appears on the order confirmation page and is also emailed to you. See our Delivery Policy.
I didn’t receive the email. What should I do?
Check your Spam or Promotions folder, or log in to My Account → Downloads. Still stuck? Email contact@bharattechie.com with your Order ID.
My download link has expired.
Email us with your Order ID and we will send you a fresh link.
Licences and Usage
Can I use products for client or commercial work?
Only if the product includes a Commercial Licence. Check the product page and our License Agreement.
Can I share or resell the files?
No, unless the product clearly includes resell rights.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are non-refundable after download, except when the file is faulty, was not delivered or is different from its description. See our Refund Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
